Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of trysanora.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read the sections on health and on liability, as they affect your rights.

1. Who we are

trysanora.com and the Sanora brand are operated by ADLEM LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #36957, Casper, WY 82609, United States. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean ADLEM LLC. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or start a subscription. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our products are food supplements

Sanora products are food supplements. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children.

4. No medical advice

Everything on this site, including product descriptions, articles, customer reviews and any research we reference, is provided for general information. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Sanora if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking any prescription medication, if you have a diagnosed medical condition, or if you are due to have surgery.

Where we cite scientific research, those studies relate to individual ingredients and are provided for information. They are not clinical trials of the finished Sanora product and we do not present them as proof that you will experience a particular outcome. Individual results vary.

If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking the product and seek medical advice.

5. Product information and availability

We work to describe our products accurately, and we photograph them as faithfully as we can. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Packaging and label design may change between batches.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per customer or per order, and we may discontinue a product at any time.

6. Pricing and orders

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you complete checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is out of stock, where a price or description was obviously wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

7. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically at the frequency you selected until you cancel. Full terms, including how to skip, pause, change or cancel, are set out in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery, customs charges and lost or damaged parcels are covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9. Refunds

Our 90-day money-back guarantee, your statutory cancellation rights and our procedure for damaged or missing orders are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Reviews and anything you post

If you send us a review, photograph, comment or other content, you keep ownership of it and you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with Sanora.

You confirm that what you send is your own genuine experience, that it is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline to publish, or later remove, any submission. We do not publish incentivised reviews as though they were unsolicited.

11. Intellectual property

The Sanora name and logo, the site design, our text, photography and video are owned by ADLEM LLC or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false information, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with the security of the site, or to buy for unauthorised commercial resale.

13. Authorised sales channel

Sanora is sold only through trysanora.com. We do not authorise resale on marketplaces or by third-party sellers. We cannot verify the authenticity or storage conditions of products bought anywhere else, and our guarantee does not cover them.

14. Disclaimer

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content is complete or current.

This clause does not exclude or limit anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including the statutory guarantees owed to consumers in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order or with your use of the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the order in question or US$500.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by this section.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ADLEM LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site. This does not apply where the claim results from our own act or omission.

17. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, industrial action, carrier failure, customs action, or failures of internet or payment infrastructure.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Consumers in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada keep the benefit of their local consumer protection legislation and may bring proceedings in their local courts.

Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@trysanora.com. Almost every dispute we have seen was resolved by email within a day.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on trysanora.com at the time you placed it. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

20. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Refund, Shipping, Subscription and Privacy policies, form the entire agreement between us.
